What should I do if I can find a mass in my neck that may be an enlarged lymph node without redness or swelling?

Ultrasound examination should be performed to rule out lipomas, hemangiomas, sebaceous cysts and other non-lymph node diseases. If the ultrasound indicates lymph node enlargement, further examination is needed to clarify whether there are lesions in the thyroid gland, ear, nose and throat, and oral related diseases, please go to the local hospital for fine needle aspiration examination of lymph nodes. If anti-infective treatment does not work, then surgical excision of the mass is recommended to determine the nature of the mass (possibly lymph node tuberculosis or tumor). In case of suspicion of tumor by puncture, surgical excisional biopsy should be performed immediately. If the mass increases significantly within a short period of time, then treatment is necessary.
