Why does occult nephritis not need treatment?

The clinical manifestation of occult nephritis is only mild haematuria and (or proteinuria), and patients do not have hypertension, oedema or renal function impairment.
However, patients should monitor their condition and if they develop increased urine protein, oedema and elevated blood pressure, they should take it seriously and seek prompt medical attention to identify the type of pathology and take appropriate treatment measures to avoid exacerbation.
