Six kinds of headaches are the most dangerous and fatal!

Almost everyone has experienced a headache, and some will get better with some painkillers and rest, but there are some headaches that are often a precursor or initial symptom of some serious diseases, and a delay in diagnosis and treatment can be life-threatening and worthy of caution. These fatal headaches are mainly caused by the following six medical conditions. 1. Cerebrovascular disease The first symptom of cerebral hemorrhage is headache, followed by vomiting and a sharp rise in blood pressure, while severe headache is also one of the main clinical manifestations in ischemic stroke caused by cerebral vascular stenosis or occlusion. In addition, the severe headache caused by subarachnoid hemorrhage is like a knife chop or explosion; generally the headache caused by hypertension is dull pain, only when acute hypertension and hypertensive encephalopathy attack, it will develop to unbearable headache with bursting heavy feeling. 2.Intracranial aneurysm or congenital cerebrovascular malformation This is mostly congenital and can usually be hidden deep in the brain at the base of the skull, if it does not rupture and bleed, no headache will occur and no nerve will be damaged. If it ruptures and bleeds, the first thing that will happen is sudden severe headache, nausea and vomiting, head swelling like the sky is falling, followed by coma and convulsions. 1 to 2 days later, one eyelid will droop, eye movement will not work, vision will decrease or blindness will occur. 3.Skull fracture or intracranial hemorrhage This kind of headache may be accompanied by transient loss of consciousness, but it can be awakened soon. 30 minutes to 1 hour after awakening, severe headache with vomiting can occur again, followed by fuzzy consciousness again. 4, chronic subdural hemorrhage This kind of hemorrhage is mostly seen after head trauma, when the symptoms after head trauma seem to gradually “get better”, then a few weeks or months later there is suddenly a severe headache, frequent vomiting, sometimes with blurred vision, urinary incontinence, and even convulsions and other symptoms, when the size of the bilateral pupils are not equal, the patient must not The patient should not take it lightly. 5. Intracranial tumor In patients with intracranial tumor, more than 90% of them have headache symptoms. This kind of headache often occurs at four or five o’clock in the morning, often waking up with pain in the middle of sleep, and after getting up and moving around until eight or nine o’clock in the morning, the headache will gradually reduce or even disappear. In addition to early morning headache, it is often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, epilepsy and other symptoms. 6.Head and facial neuralgia This type of pain is most common with trigeminal neuralgia, which often occurs suddenly when brushing teeth, washing face or shaving, and manifests as severe headache on one side of the face, such as cutting and burning. However, each attack comes and goes quickly, and the duration varies from a few seconds to several minutes. In short, there are many diseases that can cause headaches, and some of them can be life-threatening. Once a patient has these severe headaches, he or she must go to the hospital and ask a professional doctor for a diagnosis in time, and should not “put up with it”, so as not to worsen the condition.
