The meaning of mental health

  Meaning of mental health Mental health is the development of an individual’s state of mind to an optimal state within the limits of physical, intellectual as well as emotional health that does not contradict the mental health of others. Mental health is a state of mind in which a person has normal intelligence, good mood, sound will, coordinated behavior, moderate reflection, coordinated interpersonal relationships, and age-appropriate mental activity. Adequate understanding of oneself and a moderate evaluation of one’s own abilities.  3.Living an ideal and realistic life.  4.Not detached from the surrounding reality.  5.Can maintain the integrity and harmony of personality.  6.Good at learning from experience.  7.Be able to maintain good interpersonal relationships.  8.Ability to vent emotions and control emotions moderately.  9.Can give limited play to individuality under the premise of conforming to collective requirements.  10.Be able to meet personal needs appropriately without violating social norms.
