Headache of liver and yang: headache with dizziness, irritability, restlessness, drowsiness at night, drowsiness, red face and bitter mouth, thin yellow moss, and strong pulse, so the treatment is to calm the liver and submerge the yang, using Tianma and Hooked Vine Drink plus or minus; 2. Headache of kidney deficiency: headache and empty, accompanied by dizziness, soreness and weakness of the waist and knees, fatigue, spermatorrhea, tinnitus and little sleep, red tongue with little moss, and thin and weak pulse, so the medicine is used to nourish yin and tonify the kidney, including Tai Teng Yuan Decoction, Qiao Ju Di Huang Wan, Hemp Lian and Elsholtzia. 3. Blood deficiency headache: manifesting as headache and dizziness, palpitation and restlessness, fatigue, yellowish white face, pale tongue with white fur and weak pulse, with addition and subtraction of Plus-flavored Siwu Tang; 4. Phlegm cloudy headache: manifesting as head heaviness like hood, fullness in the chest and epigastrium, white and greasy fur and slippery pulse, with addition and subtraction of Hanxia Baijiao Tianma Tang; 5. Blood stasis headache: manifesting as headache that does not heal for a long time, pain with a fixed location, fixed and immovable, with pain like cone and thorns, or with headache that is not healed. The pain is like a cone, or there is a history of head trauma, the tongue is purple, the fur is thin and white, and there is petechiae.
