What are the things you eat that can cause high uric acid or contribute to a gout attack?

  Cantonese people have a habit of drinking beautiful soups, especially old fire soup. The people who often old fire soup are prone to high uric acidemia or gout disease. People with hyperuricemia and gout disease have the following things to eat or not eat: one major category is soy products, such as tofu, bean curd, soy juice, soy milk, bean curd, etc.  The second major category is seafood, such as shrimp, crab, sea cucumber, snail, oyster, shellfish, etc.  The third major category is animal offal, such as a variety of animal liver, kidney, belly, intestines, lungs and so on.  Four categories are acidic food or carbonated food, such as cola, soft drinks, beer and so on. It is advisable to eat more such as broccoli, bananas and the like.
