Left-sided headache is not necessarily a brain tumor. It needs to be judged according to the patient’s age of onset, disease duration, characteristics of onset, and examination, etc. This symptom can also be caused by other diseases. Patients with left-sided headache symptoms, usually migraine, may be related to poor sleep quality, mental stress, high blood pressure, cerebrovascular spasm, etc. The symptoms are usually recurrent. Headaches caused by hypertension are usually accompanied by poor blood pressure control. Headaches caused by brain tumors, on the other hand, are usually due to increased intracranial pressure caused by brain tumors and are often accompanied by manifestations of increased intracranial pressure such as pronounced nausea and jet vomiting. Therefore, patients who have frequent headaches should promptly visit the neurology department for head MRI and other tests to clarify the diagnosis. Patients are advised to stay optimistic, ensure sleep, don’t be anxious and nervous, drink less excitatory drinks such as coffee and strong tea, don’t stay up late, smoke and drink alcohol, and actively improve poor lifestyle.
