Patients with right-sided pleural effusion may have internal chest infection, hypoproteinemia, heart failure and other related diseases. If a large amount of pleural fluid is found through chest CT or chest ultrasound, the patient can be treated by closed chest drainage surgery. If the drainage of pleural effusion is considered to be due to infection in the chest cavity, it can be treated effectively by drip antibiotics.
