What are the symptoms of metastatic cervical cancer?

There are three major ways of cervical cancer metastasis, and its symptoms mainly include: 1. direct spread: spread to surrounding organs, such as bladder, rectum, parametrial tissues, lumbar spine and pelvis, which may show vaginal bleeding, fluid flow, back pain, anal cramping feeling, hematuria and swelling; 2. lymph node metastasis: lumps of different sizes can be felt in the groin or neck; 3. hematogenous metastasis: it is advanced stage, which may show lesions of various organs, such as liver metastasis, lung metastasis, bone metastasis. Liver metastasis may cause liver dysfunction, jaundice, ascites, loss of appetite and vomiting; bone metastasis may cause pain; lung metastasis may cause cough, dyspnea and dry cough.
