The manifestation of cervical cancer metastasis to the rectum is compression of the rectum, causing intestinal obstruction, resulting in difficulty in defecation and consequently abdominal pain. If it invades the intestinal wall of the rectum, it will cause blood in the stool. In addition, if the intestinal obstruction is serious, nausea, vomiting, and even fever and infection will occur. When metastasis occurs, it should be actively treated, firstly, tumor treatment should be performed, followed by symptomatic treatment, such as intestinal obstruction treatment, as well as doing enterostomy. Gastrointestinal decompression can also be performed, but it needs to be determined according to the patient’s condition.
