Prevention of cortical amnesia?

Cortical amnesia self-confidence is a necessary prerequisite for healing neurotic anxiety. Some people who do not have self-confidence in themselves are skeptical about their ability to accomplish and cope with things, exaggerating the possibility of their failure and thus worrying, stressing and fearing. Therefore, as a person suffering from neurotic anxiety, you must first be confident and reduce your feelings of inferiority. You should believe that with each increase in your self-confidence, your anxiety level will decrease a little and restore your self-confidence, which means that you will eventually banish your anxiety. Some neurotic anxiety is due to the patient’s repression of certain emotional experiences or desires, which are repressed to the point of being unintentional, but it does not disappear and remains latent in the unconscious, thus creating the disorder. At the onset of the disease, you only know the pain and anxiety, but you do not know the cause. Therefore, in this case, you must do self-reflection and tell the subconscious what is causing the pain. If necessary, you can vent, and the symptoms usually disappear after venting. Most of the patients have sleep disorders and have difficulty falling asleep or suddenly waking up from dreams. For example, you can count, or read a book with your hand up to prompt yourself to fall asleep.
