People with diarrhoea should eat a light diet, mainly eating foods without oil or with less oil and good for digestion. You can start with white rice porridge, millet porridge, rice porridge, and gradually switch to lean meat porridge, boiled noodles, steamed fish, etc. After the diarrhoea is relieved, gradually resume a normal diet.
Take care to avoid eating spicy and stimulating foods, avoid overeating and drink less or no alcohol.
