When do I have a reaction after isotope dressing treatment for cutaneous hemangioma? Do I need to deal with it?

90Sr-90Y applicator (90Sr-90Y applicator) is a simple and non-scarring method for the treatment of capillary hemangioma compared with other treatment methods. Most of the patients show local skin vascular color deepening 6-7 days after irradiation, and the patients will not feel pain, but local skin heating, tingling or anthroposis, which can be relieved by itself after a few days without special treatment. After 3 weeks of treatment, dry dermatitis may appear, which is manifested as thin flaky flaking or scabs appear, and the color of blood vessels becomes lighter, without treatment. Care should be taken to let it fall off naturally and not to uncover the scabs. The dressing treatment is usually followed by a month and a half to 2 months back to the hospital. Most patients can be cured in one visit. If the lesion becomes congested, edematous, burning, exuding and blistering after treatment, it is indicative of wet dermatitis and should be treated promptly so that it does not become infected or develop further. For example, antibacterial creams such as Bactrim, Chlortetracycline or Erythromycin can be applied to the affected area.
