Diffuse cortical atrophy is dominated by dementia, diminished intelligence, memory impairment, personality changes and behavioural disturbances. It may be accompanied by hemiparesis and seizures.
Focal cerebral atrophy dominated by personality changes.
Cerebellar atrophy is dominated by language impairment and ataxia and tremor of the form.
