The close relationship between liver cirrhosis and primary liver cancer has long attracted people’s attention. The complication rate of cirrhosis in liver cancer patients is about 85%~90%, while the complication rate of cirrhosis in liver cancer is about 30%. According to the different causes of cirrhosis, the incidence rate of liver cancer is also significantly different. About 90% of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma in China have hepatitis B virus infection background, while only 10% have hepatitis C virus infection background. Long-term chronic hepatitis is easy to lead to cirrhosis, and long-term cirrhosis is easy to appear liver cancer, hepatitis – cirrhosis – liver cancer has a close chain relationship, some people say “slow liver three steps”. Therefore, it is the most important means to prevent primary liver cancer to actively prevent and control hepatitis B and block the slow liver “slow liver three-step process”. The following measures can be taken: 1. Pay attention to avoiding some triggers, such as avoiding alcohol, not consuming moldy food. 2. 2.Seize the time for antiviral treatment to minimize the replication of hepatitis B virus. 3, Cirrhosis patients or high-risk groups with family tendency of primary liver cancer should regularly (3~6 months) check hepatitis B five, HBV DNA, liver function, alpha-fetoprotein and ultrasound. 4.Actively preventing and controlling liver fibrosis: most of liver cancers are developed on the basis of cirrhosis, so blocking progressive liver damage and preventing and controlling liver fibrosis is one of the most important measures to prevent liver cancer.
