Men with sweaty palms is kidney deficiency

Whether men’s sweaty palms are kidney deficiency, need to be combined with other clinical symptoms, can not be generalized. The causes of sweaty hands can be divided into physiological and pathological factors. Physiological factors are mainly tension and anxiety; pathological factors include kidney yin deficiency, heart yin deficiency, lung yin deficiency and other TCM conditions. If the hand sweating is accompanied by weakness and soreness of the waist and knees, red cheek and night sweats, bone steam and hot flashes, dry mouth and tongue, red tongue with little coating, and thin pulse, it may be caused by kidney yin deficiency. Therefore, sweaty hands should be combined with other concomitant symptoms for a comprehensive judgment, and the symptom of sweaty hands alone cannot determine whether it is due to kidney deficiency. Patients with sweaty hands should maintain a regular lifestyle, ensure sufficient sleep, avoid staying up late, and pay attention to adjusting their diet to reduce the intake of spicy and stimulating foods.
