Gastroduodenal ulcers include gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers, with the following typical clinical manifestations: 1. Gastric ulcers: mainly postprandial pain, i.e. pain in the upper abdomen or with burning sensation after eating; 2. Duodenal ulcers: mainly pain when hungry, i.e. pain on an empty stomach, especially burning pain in the upper abdomen at 4-5 am. Due to the breakage of gastric mucosa caused by gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, other complications are often seen clinically, the most common being gastrointestinal bleeding, most patients can see black stools, and in severe cases, vomiting blood.
