Women who are not sexually active can receive the cervical cancer vaccine directly, and the second and third doses will be given in the second and sixth months after the first dose, respectively. Women who have sexual intercourse should be screened for cervical HPV before getting the cervical cancer 4valent vaccine because the cervical cancer 4valent vaccine can only prevent four viruses, HPV 6, 11, 16 and 18, so patients should observe whether there are other HPV infections before getting the vaccine, and if there are infections, they need to undergo relevant examinations and follow-ups. Also, women who have sexual intercourse must exclude the possibility of pregnancy before having cervical cancer 4valent vaccination, and must use good contraception during the injection period to avoid unwanted pregnancy. If an unplanned pregnancy occurs during the vaccination period, the vaccination should be stopped in time and the remaining vaccine should be administered after delivery.
