How do I exercise for intermittent claudication?

Motor rehabilitation exercises are important for the recovery of motor function in the lower limbs. Exercise methods include walking on a flat surface, walking on a treadmill without an incline, and exercise bikes. The intensity of exercise is usually recommended to be controlled to the point of feeling maximum limping pain in the lower limbs, approximately 30-45 minutes per exercise, at least about 3 times a week. Warm-up and recovery exercises can be done before and after exercise as appropriate for the individual.
