The patient was a young unmarried woman of 22 years old and 165 cm in height who studied in France. Due to the great pressure of study and the different eating habits, her weight increased from 65 kg to 95 kg in just one year, accompanied by the appearance of fatty liver, high blood pressure and high blood sugar, and her calculated body mass index reached 34.9. Her parents and she were very anxious and had a strong demand for weight reduction.
