Cold and sweaty feet

People often suffer from cold feet with sweating inexplicably in their lives. This condition is caused by a deficiency of Qi and blood. Sweat is a substance of the body’s fluids, and under normal circumstances, when the body temperature is too high, the body can regulate the body temperature by excreting sweat. So under normal circumstances sweating will only occur under the condition of high body temperature or locally. The discharge of sweat is regulated by qi. Qi and blood are the basic substances to maintain the body’s life activities, with the function of promoting, warming, defending and consolidating, where the function of consolidation is mainly expressed in the regulation of Qi, blood and fluid. If Qi and Blood are insufficient to firmly control the flow of fluids, they will cause fluids to leak out from the normal part of the body and form sweat. At the same time, insufficient Qi and Blood will not be able to warm the body, thus causing the body temperature to drop. Since the feet are at the end of the body, farthest from the trunk area, it is relatively obvious that they feel cold. Especially in the winter when it is cold, the more the feet feel cold the more they sweat, and sweating further aggravates the situation of cold feet. Therefore, when the deficiency of Qi and blood is insufficient, the situation of cold feet and sweating will occur. This symptom can be better improved by proper treatment of qi and blood, aphrodisiacs and kidney tonics.
