Remedies for precocious puberty in girls

Precocious puberty in girls is categorized into central precocious puberty (true precocious puberty) and peripheral precocious puberty (pseudo precocious puberty), which can be treated with medication and surgery.
Central precocious puberty (true precocious puberty) is generally due to premature activation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis. It may be idiopathic (which is common in girls), or it may be caused by factors such as hypothalamic tumors, infection, or trauma.

Peripheral precocious puberty (pseudo-precocious puberty) caused by other diseases: girls with precocious puberty caused by hypothyroidism can be given thyroid preparations to correct the function; girls with precocious puberty caused by adrenocortical hyperplasia can be treated with adrenocorticotropic hormone.
4. Sex hormone intake from the outside: Check for sex hormone-containing food and drugs in the living environment and stop intake.
