The intrinsic connection between the three diseases AA, MDS, and PNH

Patient: AA, MDS, and PNH are three common hematologic malignant diseases that are both distinct and often interrelated and can be seen together. I would like to know the current views on the intrinsic linkage of these three diseases, and also that immunosuppressive treatment of AA has the potential to increase the occurrence of clonal disease, and I would like to know what the current national views on this are and what the criteria are. Thank you very much. The relationship between AA, MDS and PNH, we only know that AA has a certain relationship with PNH, some patients first show AA, but later can be transformed into PNH, or there is a period of time when the characteristics of both diseases appear in one patient, or vice versa, some patients start with PNH, and in the middle, both appear at the same time, and finally become AA. The relationship between MDS and these two diseases is relatively rare.
