  Menopause is a uniquely human phenomenon, referring to a specific period of transition from prime to old age. Commercially available Chinese patent medicines such as Zhu Sha An Shen Wan and Pai Zi Yang Xin Wan can be used.  Dietary regimen: 1, longan jujube juice: longan 10 g sour date 10 g gravy 12 g; 2, vermilion shouwu heart tablets: water fly vermilion 1 g made shouwu 20 g pig heart 1; 3, snow clam lotus seed soup: snow clam paste 5 g lotus seed 30 g white fungus 20 g rock sugar 15 g.
