The review 3 months after CIN grade 3 conization, whether cancer will occur is related to persistent HPV infection. High-grade intraepithelial lesions of the cervix, including CIN2 and CIN3 grade, take about 10-15 years to develop into invasive carcinoma of the cervix, and about 25% of patients can develop into invasive carcinoma within 5 years. However, removal of highly diseased tissue after conization interrupts the development of cervical cancer. If the pathological tissue after conization surgery excludes cervical cancer, it means that CIN grade 3 is a benign lesion, as long as regular postoperative examination is performed. If the lesion is not completely removed, or if there is persistent HPV infection, cervical cancer may develop. In addition, after CIN3 conization, patients should have regular review, maintain a happy mood, avoid excessive mental stress, suggest to have sex under condom protection, arrange work and rest time reasonably, and do physical exercise appropriately.
