A 55-year-old male patient was admitted to the hospital for postoperative elevated methemoglobin in the right lobe of the liver for hepatocellular carcinoma, and MRI suggested a new tumor in the left lobe of the liver. After active preparation, a laparoscopic left hemicolectomy was performed, and the patient was able to move normally on the ground the day after surgery, and his recovery was significantly better than that of the patient undergoing traditional open surgery.
