Can you die from untreated nephritis?

Regarding the final outcome of untreated nephritis, it needs to be analyzed and judged in the context of the specific type of pathology. If the renal pathology manifests as microscopic lesional glomerulonephritis, idiopathic membranous nephropathy and mild thylakoid glomerulonephritis without clinical anemia, swelling, hypertension, massive proteinuria and obvious carnitic hematuria, they have a tendency to heal on their own, which means they will get better on their own without treatment. Other pathological types, if not treated aggressively, will eventually develop severe hypoproteinemia, leading to severe swelling of the organism, heart failure or becoming end-stage renal disease, requiring dialysis treatment. If no action is taken at this point, then the eventual end will be the death of the patient.
