In recent years, as the incidence of gallbladder stones has increased, cholecystectomy has been widely performed, and this surgical procedure has few complications and exact results. After surgical removal of the gallbladder, after a period of adjustment and recovery, it can obtain its own regulatory compensation, i.e., the basic physiological functions of the organism are maintained through compensatory dilation of the bile ducts. However, the normal gallbladder also has important functions, such as concentrating bile. Studies have found that the removal of the gallbladder can cause indigestion, bloating and diarrhea in humans; trigger alkaline reflux gastritis; increase the occurrence of common bile duct stones; and increase the incidence of colon cancer, which is about three or four times that of the general population. Moreover, the root cause of gallbladder stone formation lies in the disorder of lipid metabolism in human body, and this metabolism disorder is related to dietary components. Although gallstone patients have their stones removed through surgery, it does not change the disorder of lipid metabolism that produces stones. In addition, this metabolic disorder can easily cause a series of other diseases, such as hypertension, arteriosclerosis, heart disease, etc. Do not think that everything is fine after gallbladder removal. Therefore, after gallbladder removal, we should pay more attention to the following points: First, pay attention to the reasonable combination of dietary structure, correct bad eating habits, and maintain the dietary principles of low calorie, low fat, high protein and high vitamin. First of all, we should control calories and reduce weight, control the total amount of food eaten, each meal should be seven or eight minutes full, especially dinner. Keep the weight within the ideal range. Second, reduce the intake of fat and cholesterol, pay attention to a reasonable combination of meat and vegetables, to minimize the fat and cholesterol content of food. Furthermore, vegetables and fruits should be abundant. Daily vegetable intake should be greater than 500 grams, and at least 2 kinds of fruits. Vegetables and fruits are rich in vitamins and minerals, which help improve the patient’s metabolic disorder and facilitate recovery. Vegetables and fruits are also rich in dietary fiber. It can reduce the formation of cholesterol, reduce the absorption of fat and sugar and thus play a role in reducing blood lipids and blood sugar. Second, pay attention to mental health, often maintain emotional stability, optimism and open-mindedness, to avoid anger, anxiety, depression and other adverse emotions, in order to prevent the central nervous and plant nerve regulatory function disorders, affecting the recovery of bile duct compensatory function. Third, appropriate participation in physical exercise and light physical labor, avoid prolonged sitting and lying, too little activity, in order to promote the recovery of the body. Regular review, take medication as prescribed by the doctor and follow up with the hospital regularly, and seek medical advice in case of any discomfort.
