Licartin (methotrexate), a colorless clear liquid, is a novel iodine 131I-labeled monoclonal antibody for the guided radiation therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma, which binds to HAb18G antigen distributed in the membrane protein of hepatocellular carcinoma cells and delivers its charge of radioactive iodine 131I to the tumor site to produce anti-tumor effects. Indications: This drug is indicated for 1) primary hepatocellular carcinoma that cannot be surgically resected or has recurred after surgery 2) advanced hepatocellular carcinoma that is not suitable for arterial catheterization chemoembolization (TACE) or has recurred after multiple chemoembolization treatments have failed. Dosing method: After the hepatic artery is cannulated to the innominate artery or tumor donor artery, the specified dose of iodine [131I] methotrexate injection should be injected within 5~10 min. Dosage: The general recommended dose is 27.75 MBq/kg (0.75 mCi/kg), with each dose administered at least 4 weeks apart.
