How can I predict that I have osteoporosis?

Osteoporosis is a long-term chronic metabolic disease that is asymptomatic in its early stages and is not easily detectable even when the loss of bone mass is extremely high. When three major symptoms appear, it is no longer early. Three major symptoms: 1, pain: back pain, back pain, leg cramps. 2. Bone deformation: stooping, hunchback, and shortening of the body. 3, fracture. The best way to diagnose osteoporosis at an early stage is to use a bone densitometer to measure it. (Easy to use, in vitro operation, without any harm) Usually when the bone loss is more than 30% – 50%, the X-ray film can only be revealed, so it cannot diagnose osteoporosis early.
