How long can you live with advanced liver cancer symptoms?

The general survival period of liver cancer in advanced stage may be about six months to one year. If there are multiple metastases in advanced stage of liver cancer, such as extensive metastases to abdominal cavity, intracranial cavity, lung, bone and other multiple metastases, the survival time may be even shorter, possibly 3 months. Generally speaking, if metastases from different parts of liver cancer appear in advanced stage, they will show corresponding symptoms, like brain metastases will show increased intracranial pressure, dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting, etc. Bone metastases will have bone pain or pathological fractures, and there is also the possibility of hemoptysis with lung metastases. Metastasis to the abdominal cavity may lead to abdominal distention and pain, indigestion, and complete inability to eat, which can only maintain nutrition intravenously and may extend the survival period a little.
