Manifestations of menopausal syndrome and Chinese medicine care

  Menopause syndrome is also known as “perimenopausal syndrome”, which refers to the decline of ovarian function and the rapid decline of hormone levels, including estrogen and progesterone, when a woman is around 50 years old, resulting in a variety of symptoms.  Our common symptoms are mainly the following: 1. symptoms of hot flashes. It is the appearance of repeated baking heat and sweating. The tongue is fat, pale and white, with thin white tongue coating and sluggish and weak pulse. Treatment is to warm the spleen and kidney. The formula uses Jin Kui Kidney Qi Pill combined with Pei Zi Li Zhong Pill.  3. Heart and spleen deficiency: dizziness, palpitations, insomnia, dreaminess, fatigue, laziness, abdominal distension, less food, white face. Pale white tongue, thin white fur, weak pulse. The treatment is to benefit the qi, strengthen the spleen and nourish the mind. Preferred remedy: Ginseng and Spleen Pill.  4, liver depression and spleen deficiency: depression, irritability, abdominal distension and pain, loss of appetite, diarrhea and stool, menstrual disorders, distension and pain in the abdomen during menstruation, or blood clots. Pale tongue, thin coating and string pulse. Treatment is to dredge the liver and strengthen the spleen, and regulate the flushing. The formula is Prosperity Pill or Plus Flavor Prosperity Pill.  The above four symptoms are more common. When the clinical symptoms are mild, you can take the right medicine to reduce the symptoms. However, it is worth mentioning that although menopausal syndrome itself is a functional pathology, because this age is the high incidence of the disease, we should not neglect the clinical physical and chemical examination and go to the hospital early when the symptoms are obvious, so as not to delay the disease and the best time to treat the real organic disease.
