The latest study found that women who are slightly obese (BMI of 30) have a 35% increase in headaches than those who are lighter in weight. Severe obesity (BMI of 40), the chance of headache increased by 80%; 2. People who are stubborn, introverted and delusional are more likely to have headaches. These people should receive relaxation training; 3. Sex. The survey found that 46% of headache sufferers reported sex-induced headaches. These are mostly overexertional headaches, dull foreplay pains, and sudden headaches around orgasm. In most cases, there are no harmful effects; 4. Sleeping in on the weekend. Breaking the routine to sleep in on the weekend can lead to headaches. Maintain a regular schedule and wake up on time, the chance of headache will be reduced; 5. Paint.
