Depression should not be talked about depression

  As the pace of life accelerates, many friends feel physically and mentally fatigued, experience poor sleep quality, lack of concentration, thinking about problems that are always puzzling, or less fun in life, or less basic desires, etc. Further development, or appear silent, reluctant to see people, or sit quietly alone, or afraid to see strangers, etc.. Although herbs are slow to work, once they do, the effects are real and long-lasting.
