According to the current treatment level, radical surgery is the only possible cure for advanced liver cancer, that is, liver cancer with distant tissue and organ metastasis or liver function at Child C level, ECOG score 3-4. According to clinical statistics, the cure rate of liver cancer mainly depends on the stage of liver cancer. Generally, after radical surgery and postoperative intervention, the cure rate of early stage liver cancer can reach about 90%. However, due to the loss of surgery, advanced liver cancer can only be treated with interventional therapy or radiofrequency ablation therapy, or even molecular targeted drug therapy, the overall cure rate of which is less than 10%, that is, the probability of cure is relatively small. However, most patients can improve their symptoms and prolong their survival through interventional treatment or radiofrequency ablation, and some patients can even survive with tumor for a long time.
