After years of efforts, we have successfully developed anti-HPV type 11 and 6b E7 protein antibodies that can very well label acromegaly specimens of clinical origin, which will not only facilitate scientific research but will also help clinical diagnosis. Condyloma acuminatum is mainly caused by papillomavirus HPV type 6 and 11 infection, which is clinically highly recurrent and difficult to cure, causing many family misfortunes and social problems. It has been the work of our group for many years to study the pathogenesis of condyloma acuminatum and the means of prevention and treatment. We constructed many related expression systems on our own and successfully obtained high expression of HPV type 11 and 6b E7 proteins for the first time, and then we successfully prepared high quality antibodies to HPV type 11 and 6b E7 proteins. By identification, it can be well used for the labeling of HPV infection in cells and tissues. Especially for clinically atypical cases of acromegaly, immunohistochemical staining can be performed after biopsy for diagnosis. This antibody is not yet available both nationally and internationally, and this study by us fills the gap. This study was made possible by the hard work of several colleagues in the department and several graduate students, so hats off to them!
