How does TCM recognize hepatitis B?

Chinese medicine understands hepatitis B as an infection of evil and damp-heat, where infection of evil and damp-heat is the main cause of disease onset, and damp-heat caused by dysregulation of the spleen and stomach is the internal condition of disease onset, and the main mechanism of disease onset is a combination of evil and positive, internal and external evil. With the degree of victory or defeat and different stages of the fight, the corresponding pathological processes of damp-heat, qi stagnation, blood stasis, phlegm stagnation, yin and yang deficiency, qi deficiency and blood deficiency occur. If the deficiency of the right and the evil are in love, the right qi cannot effectively resist the evil out in time, and the damp-heat and epidemic toxins are not resolved and deep-rooted in the blood, leading to dysfunction and deficiency of yin and yang qi and blood in the viscera, and even to the evidence of “deficiency labor”. Chinese medicine is based on evidence-based treatment, combining evidence and disease identification to treat hepatitis B. According to my personal experience, as long as the evidence is accurate, significant results can be achieved.
