For stage III cervical cancer, radiation therapy is recommended. For patients with cervical cancer, if the stage is cervical cancer stage Ia to cervical cancer stage IIa, surgery can be chosen. If the stage is more advanced to stage IIIa of cervical cancer, the chance of surgery has been lost. In this case, radiation therapy or chemotherapy can be considered, with priority given to radiation therapy. For patients, especially married women, it is recommended to have regular gynecological checkups and annual cervical cancer screening, that is, TCT, HPV, and if necessary, colposcopic biopsy, to detect lesions early and treat them earlier, so as not to lose the time for surgery because of the late stage.
