How long is the maximum life expectancy for stage III squamous cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix?

According to the normal analysis of disease progression, cervical squamous cell carcinoma is already stage III, and the average life expectancy should be about 1-3 years. However, the specific survival time should be assessed based on individual’s physical condition, the severity of the disease, sensitivity to radiotherapy, and the side effects of radiotherapy, etc. There are certain individualized differences. If the patient’s sensitivity to radiotherapy is particularly strong and the effect of radiotherapy is particularly obvious, the survival rate may be appropriately prolonged. Stage III squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix belongs to the advanced stage of cervical cancer, and the overall 5-year survival rate of patients at this time is relatively low. For stage III cervical squamous cell carcinoma, it is recommended to consult a gynecologic oncology department as soon as possible and be hospitalized for symptomatic radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Relax your mood and avoid excessive depression.
