  1.Menopausal women should have regular physical examination, especially gynecological examination including cancer prevention examination, breast examination and endocrine examination when necessary.  2.Hormone replacement therapy after menopause must be applied reasonably and under the guidance of a doctor, depending on the individual.  3.If abnormal conditions occur: such as irregular vaginal bleeding and menstrual disorder symptoms, you should visit the hospital to exclude tumor.  4.Maintain moderate sexual life, which is good for psychological and physical health to prevent premature aging.  5, correct understanding, release the concern; menopause is a normal physiological process, some of its own symptoms are due to the reduction of sex hormones, after a period of time most women will gradually adapt and self-healing.  6, actively participate in appropriate recreational sports and social activities, to cultivate the mood, enhance physical fitness and resistance, to prevent premature aging.  7, reasonable nutrition, work and rest; limit the intake of lipids and sugar substances, calcium supplements, eat more calcium-rich, protein-rich food, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Pay attention to the combination of work and rest, sufficient sleep, regular life, to prevent excessive fatigue and tension.  8, develop the habit of regular bowel movements.
