What is the targeted drug therapy for advanced liver cancer

If advanced liver cancer loses the chance of surgical treatment, interventional treatment or radiofrequency ablation treatment, it is recommended to choose targeted drug therapy. The preferred targeted therapy for advanced liver cancer is oral sorafenib, which has better efficacy in primary hepatocellular liver cancer. In case of resistance to sorafenib, oral lenvatinib plus IV PD1 treatment can be chosen, which has better therapeutic effect. If resistance occurs again after the above treatment, but the patient has good liver function and good general status, he/she may be enrolled in clinical trials. If patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma have not received treatment in the past, they can also join clinical trials to see if there are suitable targeted clinical trials or immunotherapy clinical trials, and they can join clinical trials to receive treatment.
