Hemospermia, is not terrible, and most of them can be cured by treatment within a few weeks or months. A light diet, less spicy and stimulating food and avoiding alcohol abuse, and a moderately regular sex life can effectively prevent hematospermia from occurring. But clinically, there are often a few patients with persistent or recurrent hematospermia and become recalcitrant hematospermia, which is very annoying at this time! Patients with persistent hematospermia may seek medical advice, spend a lot of money and take a lot of medication, but it does not work, hematospermia still persists, patients are very distressed, family members are also anxious, doctors are sometimes very difficult, how to do? In recent years, we have applied the new vesiculoscopic technology to treat more than 200 cases of patients with persistent hematospermia with remarkable results. Through nearly 8 years of hard work and accumulation, the author has helped more than 200 patients with persistent hematospermia (the longest history of hematospermia is 21 years) from Guangdong, Guangxi, Jiangxi, Hainan and surrounding areas of Fujian and even the whole country to solve their persistent problems that have been plagued by hematospermia for several years. Because of this, the author has been invited to give lectures and lectures on the topic of seminal vesiculoscopy technology at many national and provincial male urology academic conferences in recent years, including the National Male and Urology Academic Conference, the Trump Male Forum and the Guangdong Male Annual Conference. At the 2015 National Male Annual Meeting, we presented the trans-ejaculatory ductal natural luminal vesiculoscopy technique, at which the author received unanimous praise from the meeting host and fellow experts in attendance with detailed lectures and clear videos of vesiculoscopic procedures. Based on his excellent skills and rich experience, the author was honored to be invited to perform a demonstration of vesiculoscopic surgery at the 13th Annual Asian Urology Academic Conference (UAA2015) and the 22nd National Urology Academic Conference (CUA2015) held in Shanghai in September 2015, where he performed the trans-ejaculatory natural luminal vesiculoscopic technique for the treatment of intractable hematospermia. The author completed the bilateral transcatheter natural luminal vesiculoscopy within a few minutes. Through the live broadcast of the operation, the author (the operator) demonstrated our previous work accumulation to colleagues from Asian countries and the whole country, and once again received recognition from colleagues, and also proved that the vesiculoscopic technique is the optimal choice for the treatment of intractable hematospermia.
