Wrist joint protection for the elderly!

The progression of the aging population has brought about many problems in the joints of the body, and the care of the wrist joint may have been neglected. The wrist joint is a non-weight-bearing joint and is less painful than the knee joint. However, as people’s daily needs for wrist function increase, daily care needs to be taken seriously. Currently people need to answer cell phones, text input, and women especially need to wear bras, etc. All of these actions require a well-functioning wrist joint for movement. Recommendations: 1. Wrist mobility training in non-painful situations. 2. Grip strength training. 3. Limit long hours of high frequency repetitive work, such as manual laborers.
