The cause of infertility should be found by both men and women

Conception is a complex physiological process that requires the following conditions: 1. both men and women have normal reproductive cells, i.e. the woman’s ovaries can discharge normal eggs and the man’s semen contains a certain number of normally viable sperm. 2. The egg and sperm can meet and unite smoothly. The egg is discharged from the ovary and enters the fallopian tube, while the sperm enters the fallopian tube through the cervix. The two meet in the abdomen of the fallopian tube and unite as a fertilized egg into the uterine cavity. 3. “Fertile soil”. When the endometrium is ready for the fertilized egg to take root, the fertilized egg can “take root”. If there is a problem with any of the above, it can lead to infertility, so not all factors of infertility are in women. According to some statistics, 40%-50% of infertility cases are related to male infertility factors, and about 30%-40% of them are due to the male partner alone, and the most common ones are oligospermia, weak sperm and azoospermia. Both men and women with infertility factors account for 10-20%. Therefore, the treatment of infertility should be examined by both men and women at the same time or successively, so that the cause can be grasped and the right treatment can be effective.
