What is the prevention and treatment of precocious puberty and short stature (dwarfism) in children and what are the precautions?

Maintain adequate nutrition, exercise (normal children jump rope every day before dinner on an empty stomach, with more than half an hour of more strenuous exercise), sleep (ensure 9-10 hours of sleep). Encourage children to insist on jumping rope, playing ball, running and other physical exercises. Eat more green food, try to avoid eating anti-seasonal fruits and vegetables, and do not eat honey, royal jelly, animal offal, bone broth, chicken soup and farmed instant meat. Eat less food containing additives, such as fancy bread, cakes and cookies containing hydrogenated vegetable oil. Eat a balanced diet, 1-2 eggs, a glass of milk with lean meat and fish; 3-5 kinds of vegetables, 1 apple or a banana or a kiwi per day for short children. It is not recommended to take various nutritional supplements. Children are advised to go to bed early, preferably before 9:00. Try not to use cosmetics and skin care products; avoid exposing your child to sex-related movies and books. Girls should check their breasts regularly and boys should check whether their testicles are enlarged for early detection and early treatment.
