These symptoms of stomach disease are actually manifestations of liver cancer

According to incomplete statistics, about 37% of patients with liver disease are mistaken for “stomach disease” at the beginning of the disease and miss treatment. Liver disease is easily confused with stomach disease because of the atypical symptoms at the beginning of the disease, such as loss of appetite, nausea, abdominal distension and upper abdominal discomfort. If you have suspected symptoms of stomach disease, you should not self-medicate but go to hospital for examination and diagnosis, especially if you often drink alcohol, carry hepatitis B virus or have previous history of biliary tract disease. Hepatitis B virus is the biggest hidden danger to induce liver cancer, about 80% of liver cancer patients in China are transformed from hepatitis B patients or hepatitis B virus carriers. Secondly, biliary system diseases, such as hepatobiliary stones and hepatic schistosomiasis, can induce liver cancer. Although the etiology and pathogenesis of liver and biliary diseases are different, they interact with each other at some levels and both may eventually lead to liver insufficiency and even chronic liver failure. For the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma, the best option is currently considered to be a multidisciplinary standardized and comprehensive treatment with a surgical focus. For the general public, it is necessary to undergo a comprehensive medical checkup once a year, including liver and gallbladder ultrasound, blood tests for liver function, hepatitis B and half, and fetoprotein, and for those who have had blood transfusions, hepatitis C antibody tests. If the test results are normal and there is no hepatitis B or C virus carrier, it is sufficient to maintain an annual medical checkup. If you are found to be carrying hepatitis B or C virus, you should add the hepatitis B virus DNA test to the above items for hepatitis B patients and the hepatitis C virus RNA test for hepatitis C patients.
