There are three main causes of headache during orgasm: first, vascular headache, which is the most common and manifests as explosive or throbbing headache. The second type, tension headache, is mainly seen after orgasm with dull pain and tension headache, mainly due to excessive nerve tension. The third type, low cranial pressure headache, is caused by the sudden increase in cranial pressure due to the redistribution of blood circulation in the body during orgasm, which is usually weak.
