What should I do if my thyroid nodule is normal on 2 punctures but has a grade 4B ultrasound?

If the thyroid nodule B-ultrasound suggests 4B and the puncture result is benign, trust the puncture result first.

Any test has errors, both positive and negative. The more punctures you get, the less likely you are to get a negative result. 2 punctures are negative, so just keep your B-ultrasound follow-up. If the nodule does not change, or does not change very much, long-term follow-up is usually sufficient and does not require intervention.

A positive outlook is important during follow-up. If the presence of a thyroid nodule makes it difficult to sleep or eat and affects your daily life, have it cut out. If the mind is relaxed, the disease can be properly understood and, under the guidance of the doctor, long-term follow-up is possible.
