What is the relationship between normative standard treatment and life stress

Standard of care and life stress Recently, a young female breast cancer patient was seen and breast-conserving income + sentinel lymph node biopsy was performed, and the recent results of the procedure were excellent. The pathology report suggested ER-, PR-, and Her2 expression ++++. So a detailed communication and conversation was made with the patient about the follow-up chemotherapy regimen, and according to the NCCN 2013 version of treatment guidelines, a chemotherapy regimen containing paclitaxel was recommended, along with the targeted drug Herceptin. During the conversation, we also introduced the China Cancer Foundation’s charity program on Herceptin, which can save nearly 2/3 of the treatment cost for patients and enable more patients to receive Herceptin treatment. However, even in this case, Li was still torn about the cost of the follow-up treatment and even thought of giving up the treatment. Her2 positivity means that the prognosis of the tumor is poor, but it also indicates the effectiveness of the targeted therapy, as long as the treatment is standardized, the patient can get good results. The key is to grasp this initial treatment opportunity. Without putting the most effective treatment in the present moment and holding the luck, once the recurrence of metastasis, the drug will be used eventually, but the benefit will be far less then than the effect of using it in the present moment. The pressure of life may indeed be heavy for a single girl, but at this critical moment, it is even more important to grasp, thinking determines the way out, so thinking should be more positive to be right. Treatment needs to be regulated, thinking needs to be positive, mind needs to be open-minded, life can continue better. “Keep the green hills, not afraid of no firewood”. A good doctor can provide patients with the most standardized and effective treatment; and the most important thing patients need to do is to make a good choice correctly and positively; today’s information is very developed, as long as the intention, any treatment plan can be obtained, it is possible to learn through the network, books and other ways to know whether the doctor’s advice is the most reasonable. Being a patient also requires dedication. I look forward to having a good news from her tomorrow! Go for it!
