It is suitable for all types of cervical spondylosis without the need for special places or equipment, and many girls say they often do it during recess or while waiting for trains on the subway. This exercise routine has become a regular part of all my pain health education classes, and it is a great way for new students to learn a new practical method and for old students to do another cervical exercise.
